I’ve tried, I really have, but find myself at a loss for words. This is absolutely the most stunning home and location you’ll find in all Western North Carolina. You’ll simply need to look at the pictures. With 5 bedroom and 4.5 baths plus additional “sleeping quarters” we can house a family reunion, a wedding, a corporate event – or – you and yours can just get away from the maddening crowd in a most idyllic spot. Literally, just two miles down the road you’ll be on “The Highlands Road”. Turn left going up, up and away and you’ll experience the most scenic drive in the county. At the end of your 20-25-minute drive, you’ll arrive in Highlands, NC with some of the best restaurants and shops you’ll ever find. Highlands presents itself as a laid-back town, and it is, but if you’re into fine dining and shopping, you’ve come to the right place. Just beyond Highlands is Cashiers, with much the same flavor. But wait – don’t over-look the ride up and over Walnut Creek to beautiful Lake Glenville. There is so much more, but don’t worry, we have all the local guides and attractions listed in the residence.
