The Space: Honeycomb Hollow features a wonderfully finished, fully-furnished living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven and ample countertop space while the bedroom boasts a queen size bed and an incredible view of the creek and neighboring mountains and farm animals. Heart pine floors and room galore. Rocking chairs on the porch provide a wonderful view of mountain sunrises and sunsets, gaze at the splendor of the mountains, meander around the property and creek, and go name a cow. In the heart of gem mining, canoeing, biking, this cabin nestled in the heart of the Nantahala Forest will become your favorite place away from home. Close to everything, you may choose to take a scenic hike on Appalachian Trail, eat a gourmet dinner at Highlands, journey from brewery to brewery, or just relax and stay home with someone you love. Rural setting away from the busy city but still close to civilization. Western Iotla Valley filled with pastures, creeks, and mountains (with some farm animals nearby).

What we supply:

As well as a clean and tidy home with all furnishings, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and linens, we also supply a starter amount of soaps (dish, washing machine, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, etc.), a few garbage bags and a starter amount of wood logs if there is a woodburning fireplace or firepit as well as fire starter sticks, propane for the grill or fire table and an extra bottle (you will need to call for the code).  After the initial evening at the home, the guest will need to go shopping for additional supplies to get them through their visit.

Specific directions to the trash station has been provided.  Please take a load of trash with you each time you leave the home.  Do NOT put trash outdoors as we have an abundance of wildlife that will tear it apart.  If we end up hauling your trash, there will be a $25 charge.

We have the best Internet we can get at each home, sometimes it will not be to your standards but we can’t get any better.
