Hemlock Falls – Escape to the Woods!

Looking for a whimsical cabin in the woods? You’ll find it here with Hemlock Falls. Located just a few easy miles to the east of Downtown Franklin with a gentle road, plenty of parking and easy maneuvering for cars.

A few steps up from the parking area you’ll land on the wide deck with both open and covered areas, large plush patio furnishings, BBQ Grill and a lovely view, but don’t stop here, continue on.

You can’t help but smile upon entering the home. Inside the multiple French Doors is the very definition of “Great Room”, large and open, light and airy, soaring ceilings and windows galore.

The dining area seats 10 but do you really want to cook for a crowd that large? If you do you won’t be out of reach from the gang, there are no walls dividing the cook from the guests. The conversation area gathered around the fireplace and large screen TV will compete with the porches as “your favorite spot”.  We’ve just added wireless Internet so fall into the oversize sofa and put your feet up.

The master bedroom on the same level has a king size bed with en-suite bath.  Across from the bed are French Doors, you’ll open your eyes to views of the mountains.

Down the hall is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and hall bath.  Between the bedrooms is the laundry area.  Even on vacation there is laundry to do.

What we supply:

As well as a clean and tidy home with all furnishings, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and linens, we also supply a starter amount of soaps (dish, washing machine, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, etc.), a few garbage bags and a starter amount of wood logs if there is a woodburning fireplace or firepit as well as fire starter sticks, propane for the grill or fire table and an extra bottle (you will need to call for the code).  After the initial evening at the home, the guest will need to go shopping for additional supplies to get them through their visit.

Specific directions to the trash station has been provided.  Please take a load of trash with you each time you leave the home.  Do NOT put trash outdoors as we have an abundance of wildlife that will tear it apart.  If we end up hauling your trash, there will be a $25 charge.

We have the best Internet we can get at each home, sometimes it will not be to your standards but we can’t get any better.
